LOLC meets every TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY from
10 am to 12 noon, at the Rochester Reformed Church,
5142 Route 209, in Accord. Please use the side entrance.

HOLIDAYS AND DATES WHEN PROGRAM WILL NOT OPERATE:
New Years Day; Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; President’s Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Veterans’ Day; Thanksgiving long weekend (Thursday – Sunday); and
December 24 – 31.

LOLC sometimes closes due to weather related advisories. Rondout Valley School District closings mean LOLC is also closed. LOLC may be asked to close one Saturday in August when the Rochester Reformed Church site has a large indoor/outdoor fundraiser.

FIRST EVER SPRING FLING
Saturday April 24 from 10 a.m. to noon.
Join us at the Rochester Reformed Church on Route 209 in Accord, to celebrate spring with a story hour, the making of seedling plants and Chia creations. Annual Yard Sale Fundraiser
Friday, May 28th and Saturday, May 29th!
Rain date is the following weekend (Memorial Day weekend).
Please come join us for deals on new and gently used items that have been generously donated in support of this fundraiser. **Donations are currently being accepted during our regular program hours. We also accept donations through PayPal.

NATURE WAGON
July 2010. 10:30 AM
Meet during regular 10-12 Story Time at LOLC (Rochester Reformed Church, Route 209, Accord, NY). Children will learn about and be able to touch small animals such as a turtle, hedgehog, etc.

STORY TIME AT KELDER’S FARM
August 2010 at 10AM - Noon.
Meet at 10 AM at Kelder's Farm, Route 209 in Accord. Children (and care-givers) will go on a hay ride, visit the animals at the farm, and enjoy some Story Time books together.

TRUCK DAY
September 2010 at 10AM – Noon.
Trucks will be in LOLC parking lot and related programs and activities will take place inside (Rochester Reformed Church, Route 209, Accord, NY). Come and see, climb on and talk about trucks of all kinds. There will be tow trucks, a fire truck, boom and bucket trucks, ambulance and much more.

TOWPATH RUN/WALK FOR LITERACY
Sunday, October 3, 2010
A 3.7 mile (6K) fundraiser for Little Ones Learning Center.
Runners and walkers will meet at the Accord Community Center and be bused to the starting line in Alligerville, then race back
to the finish line in Accord.
Same Day Registration: 7:30 - 8:30 AM
Walkers start at 9:00 AM, Runners start at 9:15 AM

BEDTIME WITH BOOKS
November 2010 at 6:30 PM - 8 PM.
Meet at LOLC (Rochester Reformed Church, Route 209, Accord, NY) and come to listen to bedtime stories. Wear your PJ's and bring your favorite stuffed animal. A bedtime snack will be provided.
